CAITLIN IRONSIDE - Southside Physio, Woden

Caitlin completed her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Canberra in 2012 before graduating with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) from Charles Sturt University in 2015. Caitlin has worked in private practice within the Canberra region before joining the Southside team in early 2019.

Caitlin has a keen interest in treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries including sports related problems, lower back pain and a range of neurological conditions and empowering her clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation. Caitlin grew up competing in elite level Irish dancing which gave her an appreciation for sports injury rehabilitation as well as a love for traveling having competed all over the world. This also gave her a love for exercise, strength and conditioning which ultimately led to her passion for exercise physiology and using exercise as medicine for a range of conditions to empower clients to live their best lives.

Outside of work, you can find Caitlin spending time in the sun, going for runs, sitting behind a desk chipping away towards her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Canberra, or patting any dog that she comes across.
