As a part of our desire to help the Canberra Community with lower back pain, + Back has been developed Southside Physio. It is one of our + classes, which are to complement your ongoing rehabilitation. + Back is for anyone that needs a strong back and wants to move well. In + Back we primarily see people who have had back pain or weakness. It is an evidence based 8 or 12 week progressive strengthening class, which has many levels of difficulty and progression to take you from the most basic strength all the way to high level back strength.

+ Back class times:

Tuesday and Thursday 8-9 am
Monday and Wednesday 5-6 pm

Monday and Thursday 8:30- 9:30 am and 4:30-5:30 pm
