Mobile appointments are physical consultations that run just like a regular consultation in a clinic, but at your home, at your work, or at any other location of your choice. Your practitioner will bring the required equipment. All you need to provide is floor space for exercising. Where appropriate for your space, we may use features of your location (such as steps, chairs, bed, and benches) as exercise equipment.
