In 2023, Amber graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. Amber has experience working with elderly populations for falls prevention, general strength and conditioning and managing chronic conditions.
She is passionate about providing tailored exercise programs for all ages and levels to help people improve quality of life, reach their goals and feel more confident to move their body in the way they would like.
Ambers interest are mental health, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, metabolic disorders, athlete development and exercise oncology.
Amber’s philosophy centers around the belief that a holistic approach to health—incorporating physical, mental, and emotional well-being—is essential for long-term success. She strives to inspire and motivate her clients, guiding them on their journey to optimal health and wellness.
In Ambers spare time she is training with a high-performance netball team, reading books and spending time with family and friends. Amber enjoys all sports and spends her holidays at the beach.
