Martin completed his Physiotherapy Degree at Sydney University in 1982 and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy at Curtin University in 1986.
He has completed courses in manipulation, generic orthotics, running injuries, treatment of TMJ dysfunction, the Sarah Key method, the Mulligan method, and dry needling. Martin is a certified Mulligan Practitioner and Sarah Key Practitioner.
Martin is interested in treating a variety of conditions, from headache and arthritis to the management of injuries to the rotator cuff, shins, plantar fascia and achilles tendon.
Martin has been married for 35 years and has three adult sons and a grand-daughter. He is interested in travel and other cultures, he lived in Indonesia for 5 years. Martin likes trail-running, and in 2013 and 2014 he was the Australian mountain running champion in his age category. A keen spear-fisherman, he also enjoys the Rabbitohs winning.
