Born and raised in Canberra, Matt grew up playing a wide variety of sports exposing him to physiotherapy and invoking a keen interest in the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries. This led Matt to study at the University of Canberra, where he completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2016.
Since graduation, Matt has worked in aged care due to a passion for restoring function and improving quality of life, whilst satisfying his love of sports and fitness by sports training for Junior representative soccer.
During Matt’s work and studies he has developed Interests in the management of sports and work related injuries, neurological and age related conditions and post orthopaedic surgeries.
Matt is dedicated to providing an evidence based intervention utilising education, manual therapies and exercise prescription to help achieve your goals. Whether your aim is to return to sport, restore function or reduce pain, Matt is happy to help guide you so you can best participate in your home, work or sporting life.
Outside of work Matt enjoys living an active lifestyle cycling, hiking and playing various sports. He enjoys eating tasty food, travelling and socialising with friends.
