Mufaddal (Muffy) was born and raised in Pakistan where he was an active sports player in cricket, volleyball, table tennis and even competed at National level in Archery. Having a keen interest in sports and exercise, he moved to Australia in pursuit of education in his field of interest. He completed his Bachelors in Exercise & Sport Science from RMIT in Melbourne and then a Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra. After almost 7 years of living away from his family and enduring numerous hardships, Mufaddal worked his way up to become a registered health professional to help the people of Australia which he now considers his home.
Mufaddal understands the ordeal patients go through when they are injured or cannot function as they should and strives to help them to the best of his ability and empowers them to reach their goals. He combines his knowledge from the 2 degrees with the experience he has acquired along the journey to provide a patient-centred and holistic approach. He is very compassionate and goes out of his way to get his patients the help they need. He has a keen interest in all musculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in sporting and hands/wrist injuries.
Outside of work, Mufaddal leads an active lifestyle by going to the gym regularly and plays cricket, table tennis and badminton socially. He loves watching sports and cinema and is always up for a chat about either. He holds the value of a friendship very high and spends time with his loved ones as much as he can.
Mufaddal also speaks fluent Urdu, Hindi and Gujarati.
