WELLBEING GYM FOR AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
If you are one of the many who finds it overwhelming to step into a gym, we can help you. Our Wellbeing Gym is designed to be your first step towards a more active healthy lifestyle in a supportive, friendly and private environment. All programs are designed by a physiotherapist taking into account your injuries, in conjunction with your pathology and personal needs, to facilitate a pathway to your optimum wellbeing. Memberships at our fully equipped gym are available to current attending patients as well as to the general public. There are a number of membership levels offered on a no contract, no lock in basis. These are targeted at a variety of participants who want to maintain and improve their overall fitness.
The gym is set out so that no matter what your exercise ability is there is something for you. From upper and lower limb strengthening, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular fitness and core strengthening; participants of all levels are accommodated and work on an exercise plan suited to their abilities and focused on their desired goals.
Gym programs can be written for you during a one-on-one session with your physiotherapist and modified whilst attending a supervised group gym session.
- Group sessions have a maximum of 6 people per session – bookings for sessions are made through reception.
- Additional group session classes can be booked for $70 per session.
- One-on-one sessions with your physiotherapist can be booked for $97.

FOREVER FIT CLASS
Kylie Murray runs our fun Forever Fit class which is targeted at retirees wanting to maintain and improve their overall fitness with particular focus on balance and falls prevention. This is a 30 minute long interval class with stations set up for upper and lower limb strengthening, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular fitness and core strengthening. Participants of all levels are accommodated and work on exercises suited to their abilities and focused on their desired goals.
