Winter Sports Success: ACL Injuries Healed Without Surgery!
Winter sports season has kicked off, and we all know too well that knee injuries are common. At this time of year, we see an influx of more ACL injuries than in other times of the year. We also know that currently an ACL injury with surgery requires 12 months off sport and costs an amateur soccer player around $30K when taking into account all costs (surgery being a big one).
We’re thrilled to share some inspiring news: five of our athletes have successfully healed ACL injuries without surgery! Thanks to specific bracing protocols, personalised rehabilitation plans, targeted strength exercises, and dedicated support, these individuals are now well on the way towards enjoying the sports they love.
