Born in Canberra and raised in the Tuggeranong Valley, Antony played lots of sports including cricket, soccer, Aussie rules, and American football growing up, leading to an interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation. He completed a Bachelor of Science (Biology) at the Australian National University in 2012 and worked as a wardsman at The Canberra Hospital and in construction for a number of years. He then went on to complete his Master of Physiotherapy in 2022.
Antony has a few years of clinical experience under his belt, with a passion for rehabilitation via exercise prescription, manual therapy, and patient education about their condition or injury. He has a keen interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, implementing evidence-based interventions, and working with clients to address their goals. He also has experience in aged care and working with people with disabilities in both the Tuggeranong clinic and via mobile physiotherapy.
Outside of Southside, Antony enjoys sports physiotherapy for TVAFC, skiing in the winter, and playing cricket and golf in the summer. He also enjoys the gym, running, travel, trivia, and talking anything sports with mates. He also loves spending time at home with his wife and two young daughters.
