Diandra brings a fresh and contemporary perspective to exercise physiology. She completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra in 2020 and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

She has a broad interest across a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal rehabilitation such as pre- and post-operative care for injuries including ACL repairs and shoulder reconstructions, hip and knee replacements, chronic lower back pain, and sporting injuries. Diandra also has a strong interest in neurological and neuromuscular conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis.

Diandra particularly enjoys working with children and adolescents and is passionate about helping young people build confidence, resilience, and healthy movement habits through safe and engaging exercise programs.

Outside of work, Diandra leads a very active and adventurous lifestyle. She is a professional Muay Thai fighter who competes around Australia and internationally. Among her achievements, she won gold at the IFMA University World Championships, becoming the only Australian female to do so.

Despite her athletic background, Diandra is known for being down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely caring. She aims to support individuals in preventing and managing acute and chronic conditions through personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation, with a strong focus on improving physical function, health, and overall quality of life.
