Jamie is a physiotherapist from Vancouver, Canada, who completed her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Health from the University of British Columbia. Her passion for physiotherapy grew from years of involvement in competitive Karate and other sports, including softball, badminton, hiking, and rock climbing. She has represented Canada in international Karate tournaments across Australia, Japan, and the USA.

Jamie has previously worked with the Brumbies and gained AFL experience with Carleton FC as a soft tissue therapist. Since retiring from competitive sport, she enjoys working with a wide range of clients — from sports injuries and back pain to helping people build resilience and prevent injury.

Outside of work, Jamie loves travelling and exploring the outdoors with friends and family. You can often find her at UrbanREC playing dodgeball or picking up new Aussie slang on her adventures.
