Palesa graduated in 2022 from the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. Before graduating, she gained valuable experience working as a student Sports Physiotherapist for the university’s hockey, soccer, and boxing teams. She also worked as a Community Physiotherapist in South Africa, providing care within local communities. Palesa has a curious mind regarding international treatment approaches and has recently relocated to Australia to explore different healing methods using established modalities. She believes in approaching treatment sessions creatively and prioritizes understanding her patients’ stories to guide her care.
Outside of her professional life, Palesa enjoys spending time with loved ones, as she believes connection with family and friends helps her recharge. She previously worked as a Pilates instructor but is currently focusing on exercising individually. Palesa also loves spending time outdoors and being in nature.
